These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Quantum Leaps Integration Counseling website and services. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Nature of Services
Quantum Leaps Integration Counseling provides psychedelic integration counseling and educational services only. Our work is intended to help individuals make meaning from and integrate the insights of psychedelic experiences they have already had, or are preparing for.
Specifically, we offer:
- One-on-one integration counseling sessions (virtual and in-person)
- Group integration circles
- Online courses and educational programs
- Retreat preparation and post-retreat integration support
- Written resources and educational materials
2. What We Do NOT Provide
The following are explicitly outside the scope of our services:
- We do not provide, sell, supply, source, or distribute any controlled substances, psychedelic compounds, or plant medicines.
- We do not facilitate, supervise, or guide psychedelic experiences themselves.
- We do not encourage or instruct anyone to use illegal substances.
- We do not provide medical advice, psychiatric diagnosis, or prescription medication.
- We do not provide licensed psychotherapy or replace mental health treatment by a regulated clinician.
3. Not a Substitute for Medical or Mental Health Care
Integration counseling is a complement to — not a replacement for — appropriate medical care, licensed psychotherapy, or psychiatric treatment. If you are experiencing acute psychological distress, suicidal thoughts, psychotic symptoms, or other mental health emergencies, please contact a licensed mental health professional, emergency services, or a crisis line immediately.

4. Eligibility
You must be at least 19 years of age (the age of majority in British Columbia) to engage our services. By booking a session, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
5. Booking, Cancellation, and Refunds
Booking
Sessions are booked through our scheduling platform. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged in advance.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session: full refund.
- Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the session: 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, or missed appointments: no refund.
- Exceptions may be made in cases of genuine emergency at our discretion.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule a session at no charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
6. Client Responsibilities
By engaging our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your situation and history during intake
- Disclose any current medications, mental health diagnoses, or treatments that may be relevant
- Engage in sessions in good faith and with reasonable care
- Refrain from being under the influence of psychoactive substances during sessions, unless previously discussed
- Respect the boundaries of our professional relationship
7. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all aspects of our professional relationship, subject to the limited exceptions described in our Privacy Policy (risk of harm, abuse reporting, or legal subpoena).
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, course materials, articles, audio, and graphics — is the intellectual property of Quantum Leaps Integration Counseling unless otherwise credited. You may share links to our content, but you may not reproduce, republish, or distribute it without written permission.
Course and educational materials purchased through Quantum Leaps are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.
9. Testimonials
Testimonials displayed on our website are from real clients, anonymized to protect privacy, and used with permission. Individual results vary; testimonials do not constitute a guarantee of any specific outcome.
10. No Guarantee of Outcome
Integration is a deeply personal process. While we use evidence-informed approaches and bring our full professional capacity to every session, we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, insights, or changes that may or may not result from our work together.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quantum Leaps Integration Counseling, its principal, and any associates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
12. Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
